  • The image is a drawing from life with circles in gesso over the chest. The pain of suffering and of fear is felt in the chest. I believe in the suffering is the healing presence of the Spirit. The Spirit is moving in the chest, to heal and sooth. The Spirit heals the sick of heart, indeed.
