"My aesthetics come from my most interior spirit as I experience it through contemplative prayer and meditation.  Interiorly,  there's an awareness and perception that tugs at my imagination, informing the shapes, colors and characteristics evident in my work.  Alongside my relentless personal seeking my concern with the human condition and how I, as the artist, through my brush bear witness to God's presence.   Through the creative process I have developed a visual vocabulary based on prayer and meditation which is implicit in my work."
